Project 01 · Boiler compliance

MyDandang

The daily logbook for the boiler room: digital, auditable, and always ready for a DOSH inspection.

Daily data logging Records & maintenance Instant reports DOSH-ready

Where boiler engineers and operators record everyday boiler data and manage records, maintenance and reports: in one place, on every shift.

01 · The old way

A notebook
on the boiler.

For years, operators logged the boiler by hand in a physical notebook. It worked, until it didn't.

01

Lost logbooks

One misplaced or damaged book and months of readings are simply gone, with nothing to show an inspector.

02

Slow reports

Turning scattered handwriting into a report meant hours of copying and re-checking, every single time.

03

Messy management

No single source of truth: records lived in drawers and in people's heads, so no one saw the whole picture.

02 · With MyDandang

One live
record.

Every reading, permit and maintenance note is captured once, kept for good, and turned into a report in seconds.

RecordLog everyday boiler data straight from the floor: no loose paper, no re-typing.
ManageEvery boiler's history in one register, searchable and always up to date.
MaintainSchedule and track maintenance so nothing slips between shifts.
ReportGenerate clean, complete reports on demand. An audit takes minutes, not weeks.

Daily Log Form

Live in the boiler room

The daily log every operator fills in: one screen, one record, ready for DOSH.

The result

Audit-ready,
every shift.
